BLADE RETENTION SERVICE
A Diamond Blade can lose tension causing the blade to wooble, warp or flutter causing the blade to cut less straight and wear quickly.
A blade can lose tension due to one or more of the following issues:
- Blade was dropped
- Wet blade ran dry causing the blade to scorch
- Blade ran too fast exceeding the max rpm
- Blade used on a misaligned saw.
- Insufficient power causing the blade to cut too slow.
- Worn shaft bearings on saw which allows the blade to run irradicaly.
