Minimum Order
A $10.00 minimum order charge will be applied to all orders
Freight
For orders less than $800.00: F.O.B. Protech warehouse.
For orders of $800.00 or more: F.O.B. destination via UPS Ground or truck. If a shipping option other than UPS Ground is selected, the ground service charge will be deducted from the final charge and customer will pay the difference.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, C.O.D. or Protech account with approved credit.
Prices
Prices are those stated on the order, and unless otherwise noted are based on purchasing all items on the order – pricing for individual products may vary for purchases of different quantities or item combinations. ProTech Diamond Tools Inc does not maintain most favored customer records, makes no representation with respect to same, and rejects any price warranty terms proposed by Customer. ProTech Diamond Tools Inc’s published net price list is subject to change without notice. If an error on pricing occurs, Protech Diamond Tools Inc. has the right to decide not delivering such item.
